Gathering in Gratitude

Members of Film Fatales are invited to an online community gathering to celebrate our creative community.

Please join us online to reconnect and express our gratitude for each other. We will begin with some grounding breathwork followed by a group tarot reading, before dividing up into breakout circles for meaningful conversations.

Thank you for helping us be louder, stronger, and more intentional ~ together ~ in an industry that still has a long way to go. We look forward to sharing space with all of you. Stop by, say hi, and raise a virtual toast with your favorite drink of choice!

This private social event is for current Film Fatales members only. Capacity is limited. Please plan to show up as fully as if we were together in person (with cameras on). The session will be accessible with auto captions and will not be recorded to create a safer space for participation.

Upon arrival at this private member mixer you will be placed in a waiting room until the event begins. Plan to log in a few minutes early to check your tech. Please mute your audio and adjust the lighting in your space so other participants can see your face.

We are committed to creating a safe space where filmmakers can gather and support one another. Be respectful to other participants. Do not screenshot or record without consent. Avoid assuming people’s needs, gender identities, and/or backgrounds. Creating an inclusive space requires acknowledging existing power dynamics. If you are from a dominant or privileged identity please practice making space through listening, unseating yourself, and passing the mic. If you are from a historically marginalized group, practice taking up space by sharing your ideas, and raising your voice.
